- Collaborate with physical therapists to develop and implement treatment plans that meet individual patient needs.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information and treatment progress.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment by promoting open communication and respect for colleagues.
- Perform other duties as assigned by physical therapists or management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting.
Working Conditions:
This position requires prolonged standing, bending, and stretching. The ability to lift up to 25 pounds and push/pull equipment is also required. A calm and composed demeanor is essential in this role, as you will be working in a fast-paced environment with patients and families.
