Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to support our operation during the busy holiday season at Brite Star Lighting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing decorative lighting and holiday displays for residential and commercial properties, ensuring a festive atmosphere for our clients.

• Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing Christmas lights and decorations in the warehouse.
• Order Fulfillment: Prepare and package orders for installation teams, ensuring all necessary materials are included and in good condition.
• Quality Control: Inspect lighting and decorations for defects or damages, reporting issues to supervisor.
• Equipment Maintenance: Help maintain and organize warehouse tools and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in proper working order.
• Shipping and Receiving: Assist with loading and unloading trailers and trucks, and track inventory as it comes in and out of the warehouse.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• General Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean and organized, performing routine maintenance as needed.

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols in a warehouse environment is necessary.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, during the holiday season is required.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) is necessary.
• Excellent mobility and agility for navigating high roofs and difficult positions are required.
• Ability to stand, climb, and kneel for extended periods is essential.
