Park Aide

The Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Park Aide - Seasonal Position. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating the entrance station to the park, selling accountable day use documents, printing and preparing passes, and engaging in customer service.

• Operate the entrance station to the park and ensure a smooth and efficient flow of visitors
• Sell accountable day use documents and print passes as required
• Engage in customer service and respond to inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Perform light maintenance work and assist with park operations as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or post-secondary education preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
