Job Title: Site Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Surveyor to join our team at Trileaf Corporation. As a Site Surveyor, you will be responsible for accompanying an experienced surveyor on site walks through various retail and convenience store locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel extensively throughout the duration of the project, visiting multiple locations in Virginia and Maryland.
  • Measure and sketch the interior of retail and convenience store locations, including windows, doorways, and columns.
  • Take photographs of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment, as well as above ceilings.
  • Operate Trileaf's LIDAR equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel safely.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and safely climb a 16' ladder.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS in architecture, engineering, or construction management preferred.
