Job Summary:

FedEx Office and Print Services is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing production flow, and providing leadership to team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take customer orders, provide pricing information, and recommend FedEx Office products and services
  • Manage production flow to ensure all production orders are completed on time
  • Provide leadership to team members, including training and development
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure quality customer service and efficient operations
  • Assist with financial reporting and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • 2+ years of specialized experience in customer service or operations management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
