Customer Service Lead Role

As a Customer Service Lead at Burlington, you will be responsible for directing cashier coverage and customer flow at the front of lines to ensure efficient service. You will also assist the management team in communicating promotions and company updates. Additionally, you will monitor and validate returns, exchanges, check authorizations, voids, and other transactions. Furthermore, you will support training for team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service.
