Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Prevention of Accidents: Maintain a safe and secure environment by enforcing pool rules, monitoring the pool area, and responding to emergencies.
  • Rescue and Emergency Assistance: Provide prompt and effective assistance in the event of an accident or emergency, including administering first aid and CPR as needed.
  • Pool Operations: Perform routine maintenance duties, such as cleaning the pool deck, surface skimming, and maintaining the pool equipment.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable about our facilities and programs.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of our aquatic facilities and programs.
Requirements
