Overview:

As a Registered Nurse in our Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU), you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and develop your skills in critical care nursing. Our MICU is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a team of experienced nurses and physicians who are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  2. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  3. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  4. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and nursing practice.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in nursing required; Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
  • Current RN license in good standing.
  • One year of experience in critical care nursing preferred.
