We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at The Learning Experience. As a Preschool Learning Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom space that fosters a love of learning
  • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child
  • Develop and maintain relationships with families and coworkers, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly
  • Support the center's success by partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement
Qualifications
  • An Associate's degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or a related field, and one year of experience related to caring for infants and toddlers
  • Or an Infant and Toddler Child Care and Education Credential, Infant Toddler Child Development Associate Credential, or other Office-recognized credential specific to the infant/toddler developmental period, and two years of experience related to caring for children
  • Or a Child Development Associate Credential, and two years of experience related to caring for children, one of which must be related to caring for infants or toddlers
  • Or 9 college credits in Early Childhood, Child Development, or a related field, with a plan of study leading to an Infant and Toddler Child Care and Education Credential, Infant Toddler Child Development Associate Credential, other Office-recognized credential specific to the infant/toddler developmental period, or an Associate's degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or a related field, and two years of experience related to caring for children, one of which must be related to caring for infants or toddlers
