About the Position:
We are seeking a Sales Expansion Specialist to support our Sales Directors in expanding relationships with prospective clients and businesses.
The Sales Expansion Specialist will play an important role in supporting sales initiatives to drive the company's expansion efforts in various markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with our Sales Directors in expanding markets and nurturing new relationships.
- Conduct direct and indirect outreach to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with Sales Directors to help execute sales campaigns across various channels.
- Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Identify and assist with establishing referral partnerships in appropriate industries.
- Support and attend key networking events to drive first-time meetings and referral network opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to monitor and document changes in our target market.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in sales support or related industry.
- Possesses strong analytical problem-solving and time management skills.
- Motivated and goal-oriented, with a creative approach to expanding relationships.
- Flexible, hardworking and driven with an appetite for success.
- Experience in managing and maintaining a traditional CRM process.
Salary and Benefits:
$52,000 - $62,000 (base) + Commissions
