Job Title: C2 Interoperability Verification Specialist

Ironclad Defense Works is seeking a highly skilled C2 Interoperability Verification Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Interoperability Verification and Validation Branch, you will play a critical role in ensuring that NATO's Command and Control (C2) systems and processes are fully interoperable across all member and partner nations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of interoperability testing for NATO's C2 systems, including the coordination of annual exercises such as the Coalition Warrior Interoperability Exercise (CWIX).
  • Conduct rigorous Verification and Validation (V&V) processes to ensure that all C2 systems meet NATO's interoperability standards.
  • Work closely with NATO member and partner nations, as well as industry and academia, to address interoperability challenges and foster innovation in C2 systems.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of NATO's interoperability standards and guidelines.
  • Prepare detailed reports and recommendations based on the results of interoperability testing and V&V activities.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in systems engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in systems interoperability, verification and validation, or related areas.
  • Proficiency in interoperability testing tools, simulation software, and data analysis techniques.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • A current SECRET security clearance.
