Auto Care Center Manager

As an Auto Care Center Coach at Walmart, you will be responsible for driving sales and financial performance in the Auto Care Center and service area. You will receive and stock merchandise, ensure effective merchandise presentation, accurate and competitive pricing, and proper signing and in-stock and inventory levels. You will also be responsible for budgeting and forecasting sales, assessing economic trends and community needs, and ensuring that sales and profit goals are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:- Receives and stocks merchandise, ensuring effective merchandise presentation and accurate and competitive pricing.
- Ensures proper signing and in-stock and inventory levels, and maintains equipment in accordance with company guidelines.
- Budgets and forecasts sales, and assesses economic trends and community needs to ensure sales and profit goals are achieved.
- Provides customer service and assistance, acknowledging the customer, identifying customer needs, and resolving customer issues and concerns.
- Models the Walmart values to foster our culture, holds oneself and others accountable, and supports Walmart's commitment to communities, social justice, corporate social responsibility, and sustainability.
- Acts as an altruistic servant leader, consistently humble, self-aware, honest, and transparent.
- Demonstrates curiosity and a growth mindset, fosters an environment that supports learning, innovation, and intelligent risk-taking, and exhibits resilience in the face of setbacks.
- 2 years experience in automotive service or service industry field.
- 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Valid driver's license.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. A Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and Sales Volume Category (SVC) may also apply.
