The **Blue Origin Engines Business Unit** focuses on the design, development, manufacturing, and testing of engines and propulsion systems. Our family of engines powers the next generation of rockets for commercial, civil, national security, and human spaceflight.

This role is part of our diverse team of problem solvers. As a Project Engineer II, you will work at the intersection of program management, engineering, supply chain, test, manufacturing, and quality organizations.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and track project plans;
  • Deliver program milestones for hardware builds, testing, and integration;
  • Scrum master and Agile process coach for design engineers;
  • Prioritize, track, and report progress in support of assembly and acceptance testing;
  • Create and manage a line of balance for hardware and key equipment/tooling;
  • Manage and maintain a hardware usage log;
  • Come up with detailed procedures and help establish a roadmap to rate production;
  • Assess programmatic impact given engineering change requests;

The estimated salary for this role is $**120,000-$180,000 per year**, depending on experience and qualifications.
