As an Enterprise Applications Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the management, design, and implementation of solutions for applications within the Business Applications domain. Your expertise will ensure that essential business processes operate efficiently, serving as a key technical liaison to address application and system challenges while also creating documentation and training resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer assistance to business users on enterprise-level applications (including Microsoft365, PowerPlatform, Teams, SharePoint Online, CRM, GP, etc.)
- Demonstrate proficiency in M365, particularly in building and configuring solutions with PowerApps and PowerAutomate.
- Exhibit exceptional communication and comprehension abilities.
- Plan and organize enhancement and upgrade initiatives.
- Convert business needs into technical specifications and solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements proactively.
- Showcase the ability to measure results and their impact on key performance indicators.
- Develop use cases, process flows, and training materials related to systems and processes.
- Assist in the creation of test plans and training documentation pertinent to projects.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure that all design requirements accurately reflect defined business processes and support all functional business needs.
- Perform additional tasks as required by organizational needs.
Reporting Structure:
This position reports to the Director of Business Applications.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with M365 Power Platform and SharePoint Online.
- Experience in requirements analysis, engaging with business users to establish clear project scopes, and forming effective cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a track record of applying these skills to address application design challenges and technical issues.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience in designing SharePoint Online sites is advantageous.
- Knowledge of business process workflow design and implementation.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- A Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field, along with 3+ years of relevant experience.

- Visual acuity and effective communication skills.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands and fingers.
