Cardiovascular Care Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist RRT to provide exceptional care to patients at our hospital. As a member of our patient-focused care team, you will be responsible for performing critical care and diagnostic procedures for patients of all ages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct respiratory equipment maintenance and quality control measures
- Assess patients, interpret results accurately, and suggest alternative respiratory treatments
- Communicate regularly with physicians and nurses about patient care plans and updates
Requirements:
Experience in an acute care hospital is preferred. A graduate of an American Medical Association accredited Respiratory Therapy program and a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) are also required. Additionally, a current Texas Respiratory Care Practitioner license and certification as a Basic Life Support (BLS) provider are necessary.
