The Facility Storage Manager will serve as the primary contact at Meathead Movers' Mini Storage facility, welcoming, checking in, and assisting customers, while also overseeing the upkeep of the facility. Additionally, they will provide support to customers via phone regarding their storage requirements, ensuring a top-notch customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries, facilitating rentals, and promptly resolving any issues. Must demonstrate outstanding customer service skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong interpersonal abilities, while effectively adhering to established processes.
- Operational Support: Aid the storage property manager in managing daily operations, which include leasing, maintenance, and security oversight. This role requires a tech-savvy individual familiar with various software applications and capable of typing at least 30 words per minute.
- Lease Management: Assist in the leasing process, from showcasing units to clarifying rental agreements and processing contracts. Familiarity with SiteLink software is advantageous.
- Facility Upkeep: Contribute to maintaining the cleanliness of the property and perform minor maintenance tasks as necessary. The role includes light janitorial duties to ensure the facility is well-kept.
- Security Oversight: Enhance property security by monitoring access and supporting security protocols.
- Financial Oversight: Assist with rent collection and financial documentation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in property management, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move around the property to ensure proper maintenance and operations.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required.
Working Hours:
Our facility operates six days a week, with a requirement to work on Saturdays. Full-time positions are available.
Compensation:
Hourly wage ranges from $20.00 to $22.00, with the potential for a monthly bonus. Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits are also provided.
