Job Title: Child Psychiatric Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Psychiatric Specialist to join our team at Fcs Co. As a key member of our organization, you will provide high-quality telepsychiatry services to children and adolescents in Arkansas.

Estimated Salary: $220,000 - $280,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:
This is an outpatient telemedicine position, requiring you to work remotely with a child population while also seeing some adults. The ideal candidate will have flexible scheduling options, including five days or four 10-hour shifts per week. You will enjoy a great salary and comprehensive benefits package, including PTO that increases over time, CME/Health/Retirement, and paid holidays.

Responsibilities:
- Provide expert psychiatric care to children and adolescents through remote telemedicine sessions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with best practices in child psychiatry.

Qualifications:
- Board certification in child and adolescent psychiatry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
