Key Responsibilities:
Certified Nursing Aides collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to support patients in their recovery journey. Duties encompass monitoring vital signs, assisting patients with daily living activities, responding promptly to call lights, reporting any concerns or progress, and reinforcing rehabilitation techniques as directed by the therapy team.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required
- Certification as a Nursing Aide in accordance with state JCAHO standards
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications:
- BLS certification is preferred
- Experience in a hospital setting is preferred
