We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive Partner to join our team at High Ticket Teams. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading a team of sales closers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key channel partners, state, trade, and professional associations
  • Lead a team of sales closers to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Deliver business seminars to groups of 5-50 business owners and professionals
  • Monitor and improve the sales performance of direct reports
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance team performance

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation package with a minimum 1st-year earnings expectation of $75k-$125k
  • Long-term earnings potential of $250k+
  • Weekly personal production earnings and override team production earnings
