Essential Functions
  1. Attend and actively participate in branch initiatives, outreach, trainings, and staff meetings as assigned.
  2. Ability to work in a team environment to plan, coordinate, execute programs/program activities and curriculum effectively.
  3. Communication and engagement with YMCA program participants, parents, and members.
  4. Provide guidance and support to program participants.
  5. Provide feedback on success and/or failure of projects and activities.
  6. Follow all program curriculum and/or YMCA of Delaware program rules/regulations.
  7. Ensure that all participants follow the YMCA code of conduct and manage behaviors.
  8. Performs other duties as may be required by supervisors for the benefit of the program.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve a diverse community.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Multi-lingual skills
