ExcelCare At Dover is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the registered nurse or physician
  • Assist with patient assessments and care planning
  • Perform procedures such as catheterization, specimen collection processing, and suturing
  • Utilize electronic health record system PCC
  • Oversee and direct the CNA's
  • Respond to all emergency situations following appropriate procedures and adhere to all policies and procedures related to Infection Control safety regulations
Qualifications:
  • Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing
  • Familiarity with electronic health record PCC
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
