Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the psychiatric inpatient team to ensure high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Manage patient caseload and prioritize tasks effectively
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members
Requirements:
- Medical Director experience in inpatient psychiatry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of psychiatric treatments
What We Offer:
- Lucrative hourly rate with Director stipend
- 40-hour work week with a Monday to Friday schedule
- No weekends, holidays, or call
