Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
- Initiate and maintain relationships with customers through outbound sales activities, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Take customers through a thorough needs analysis, making suitable product recommendations and organizing test drives.
- Negotiate deals with customers and accurately log activities on our internal lead management system.
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
- Deliver sold vehicles personally to ensure quality service and to generate referrals.
- Conduct business development and networking activities to generate sales.
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license required.
- Ability to work Saturdays and evenings required.
- Self-driven and motivated to continuously learn and achieve results.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Experience generating and/or building a loyal client base.
