Emergency Room Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our team at Henrico Doctors' Hospital Hanover. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
About the Role- Provide direct nursing care to patients in the emergency department, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic technologies, including on-site laboratory, digital X-ray room, and computerized tomography (CT) scanner, to provide accurate and timely diagnoses.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Henrico Doctors' Hospital Hanover is a 340-bed acute care facility that has provided quality healthcare services to the Richmond community since 1974.
