Key Responsibilities:
We are currently in search of a Golf Equipment Assembly Specialist to support our golf division during peak season. Our Custom Golf team is dedicated to assembling and repairing golf clubs according to customer specifications. This contract role presents an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience with a globally recognized brand in the sporting goods sector.
Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assembling golf clubs to precise specifications, which involves component selection, shaft trimming, epoxying, loft and lie adjustments, gripping, and preparing for shipment.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Completing tasks efficiently and promptly.
Qualifications:
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, along with the ability to follow verbal and written instructions and utilize basic math skills, including the use of rulers and other measuring tools.
Additional qualifications include:
- Detail-oriented with a strong aptitude for precision.
- Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
- Commitment to quality while adhering to established production timelines.
- Prior experience in clubmaking is preferred.
