Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Engagement: Welcome golfers and guests with a warm and inviting attitude. Ensure exceptional service by promptly addressing their needs.
  2. Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve a range of drinks, including soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, and specialty cocktails as requested. Offer light snacks and meals such as sandwiches, burgers, and hot dogs, while adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols.
  3. Inventory Management: Keep track of stock levels for beverages, snacks, and supplies in the refreshment area. Order additional stock as necessary to maintain adequate inventory.
  4. Point of Sale Operations: Accurately record items taken by members (food and drinks) and process charges accordingly.
  5. Facility Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the refreshment area, including the kitchen, dining space, and outdoor seating. Regularly clean and sanitize surfaces, equipment, and utensils.
  6. Regulatory Compliance: Follow all relevant health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws, including verifying identification and refusing service to intoxicated patrons.
  7. Team Communication: Effectively communicate with other staff members, including golf course personnel and management, to coordinate services and provide a seamless experience for guests.
Qualifications:
  1. Must be at least 21 years of age.
  2. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or food and beverage service is preferred.
  3. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and a positive demeanor.
  5. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating orders.
  6. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  8. Must possess or obtain relevant certifications for alcohol service as required by local regulations.
Physical Requirements:
  1. Ability to stand for extended periods and navigate the refreshment area.
  2. Capable of lifting and carrying trays of food and beverages weighing up to 25 pounds.
  3. Ability to work in various weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors.
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
