- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a heavy industrial setting.
- Prior experience in managing a manufacturing facility and profit & loss (P&L) responsibilities.
- Experience in plant operations should encompass oversight of scheduling, inventory management, facility layout, and material flow.
- Experience in welding and fabrication environments is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams, individuals, and drive organizational change.
- Demonstrated capability to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proficient in composing and delivering business communications effectively.
- Commitment to promoting a safe working environment and advocating for safety practices and behaviors.
- This role necessitates the ability to navigate the production area and address issues with production staff and/or machinery.
- Exposure to elevated temperatures is expected.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Engagement in sitting, standing, stooping, bending, and other related tasks in an office environment.
