Oncology Nurse Practitioner Role with Swedish Cancer Institute

The Swedish Cancer Institute is a premier cancer care and clinical research center in the Pacific Northwest, providing access to over 150 affiliated oncologists and oncology surgeons. Founded in 1932, it offers a robust clinical trials program and an environment open to new drug treatments, technology, and clinical applications.
About the RoleThis full-time position involves functioning as an Oncology provider embedded within a busy cancer center/infusion center. The ideal candidate will manage urgent oncology situations and provide real-time education about cancer therapies and diagnoses with physician support. They will also be responsible for triaging patients from Oncology clinics via an Immediate Care Clinic.
Requirements- No call requirements ensure a great work-life balance.
- Help build upon a brand-new Immediate Care Oncology clinic model with other APCs.
- A 4-day work week with flexibility and rotating weekend coverage allows for excellent work-life balance.
- The successful candidate will function independently as an extension of treating physicians.
- 2-5 years' experience in Oncology is highly preferred.
The annual salary for this role ranges between $125,999 and $162,872, with potential for productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, or extra shift incentives. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
