- Provide tier 3 support for the IT Operations Center (ITOC) to ensure monitoring, optimal log collection, alert tuning, identification/resolution of incidents, and detailed documentation.
- Ensure a high degree of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with leadership to prioritize workload between client engagements, internal efforts, and product development.
The ideal candidate for this position comes from a background working in Networking Engineering with a collaborative leadership style comfortable working directly with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in IT-related field or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years working as a Senior Network Engineer.
- 3+ years of experience leading technical teams.
- Network technologies expertise (SD-WAN, VPN, Wireless, network architecture, network monitoring).
- Network Security expertise (NextGen Firewall, IDS/IPS, Zero Trust).
- Good understanding of industry compliance requirements, i.e., CIS, PCI, HIPAA, NIST, ISO, etc.
- Previous Managed Service Provider (MSP) Experience.
- Product lifecycle management.
- Industry leadership certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, PCNSE.
- Network monitoring platforms such as SolarWinds, LogicMonitor, ScienceLogic.
- Splunk Dashboard and Reporting Experience.
- ITIL Foundations Certification.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year based on location and industry standards.
