Key Qualifications:
- Must possess a final Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility and maintain this clearance throughout the contract duration.
- A Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, electrical engineering, physics, or related engineering fields, information technology, or a cyberspace-related discipline, or a minimum of three years of experience in writing cyberspace operations doctrine, technical manuals, or military publications.
- Proven experience in drafting military documents and familiarity with the capability development or requirements determination processes.
- Willingness to support extensive travel as the doctrine representative for the CCoE within and outside the continental United States.
- A minimum of two years of experience collaborating with Army proponents, units, and other agencies involved in DOTMLPF activities to facilitate effective analysis and doctrine development. Additionally, candidates must have at least one of the following:
- At least five years of experience in information operations-related fields (e.g., MISO, MILDEC, PSYOP, OPSEC) and a combined minimum of three years of experience in writing related doctrine or technical manuals.
- A minimum of five years of experience in cyberspace operations and at least three years of experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and author Army cyberspace operations doctrine publications by researching, analyzing, and integrating concepts, lessons learned, and best practices related to Army cyberspace operations.
- Assess combined, joint, multi-Service, multinational, and Army doctrine and TTP concerning cyberspace operations for validation and development of new doctrinal products.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and evaluation of doctrinal publications produced by other military schools and agencies.
- Engage with military and government personnel to support all aspects of the doctrine development process.
- Maintain an extensive understanding of cyberspace operations roles, missions, and capabilities to analyze and develop new or existing doctrine products.
