Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Study Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the scientific aspects of nonclinical studies, ensuring successful project execution, and delivering high-quality results to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Study Oversight: Provide scientific leadership and oversight of nonclinical studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and client expectations.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of results.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development, project management, and laboratory staff, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including GLP, OECD, and ICH guidelines.
- Scientific Expertise: Provide scientific expertise and guidance to laboratory staff, ensuring high-quality data and results.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and laboratory staff, ensuring clear understanding of project requirements and progress.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a life sciences-related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in nonclinical research, with a strong background in GLP and regulatory compliance.
- Skills: Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including GLP, OECD, and ICH guidelines.
