Job Title: Financial Planning Specialist

About Ping, Inc.
Ping, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of golf equipment seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Specialist to support financial and business analysis efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing Power BI reports, supporting Infor M3 reporting processes, and generating ad-hoc financial reports.

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Description:
This entry-level position requires the ability to reside in the Phoenix Metro Area, with relocation assistance provided. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Excel and basic understanding of Power BI are required. A bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is essential, with internships or coursework related to financial reporting and accounting principles highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Basic understanding of Power BI
