HR Service Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Customer Svc Specialist to join our team at the City of Memphis Tennessee. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service to active and retired employees, resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide "Best in Class Customer Service" to employees, resolving their questions and concerns on the initial call
- Work under the supervision of the HR Customer Service Supervisor to ensure seamless service delivery
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide proactive support and resolve complex issues
- Develop and maintain knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and benefits to provide accurate information to employees
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and updates to ensure compliance
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in HR or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations
- Proven customer service experience, with a focus on resolving complex issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
