Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, collaborating with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in an inpatient setting, focusing on surgical nursing and post-operative care.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient plans, ensuring safe and effective care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve desired patient outcomes.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new procedures and protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Current RN licensure in Massachusetts.
  • Previous inpatient surgical nursing experience preferred.
  • EPIC knowledge or experience with electronic health records systems.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
