Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at Michaels Stores, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring a fast and friendly checkout process, and maintaining a well-organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, helping customers find products and resolve issues.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of cash handling standards.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store recovery, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
- Support shrink and safety programs, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company policies.
- Engage with customers, promoting commitment to the organization's vision and values.
Requirements
- Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to remain standing for long periods, move throughout the store, and lift heavy boxes.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as bending, lifting, and reaching.
Work Environment
- Public retail store setting with climate-controlled areas and some outdoor work.
- Frame shop with glass cutter and heat press.
