About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at EagleBank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality service to internal and external clients through effective and professional written and verbal communication.
  • Process teller transactions and balances cash accurately and efficiently.
  • Resolve basic service issues by maintaining a developed working knowledge of basic bank products and services.
  • Proactively and reactively contact clients to identify additional banking needs to strengthen client relationships and meet cross-sell goals.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client problem resolution.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year cash handling experience.
  • 2 years Platform/Opening/Servicing/Closing Accounts or equivalent internal EagleBank branch banking experience.
  • Knowledge of Platform and Teller system.
  • Exhibits professionalism with internal and external customers.
  • Knowledge of deposit products and services.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office products.
