Position Summary:


As a Medical Billing Specialist, you will be part of a collaborative team of billers and posters, reporting to the Billing Manager.

This is an on-site role that requires your expertise from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts receivable follow-up, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Address insurance denials efficiently, aiming for maximum reimbursement.
  • Accurately post insurance and patient payments, and follow up on unpaid claims.
  • Resolve discrepancies by liaising with insurance companies.
  • Review large outstanding patient balances and take necessary action.
  • Provide exceptional support to patients with billing inquiries.
  • Conduct all duties with professionalism and timeliness.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in medical billing or a related role.
  • Reliability, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Thorough understanding of the medical billing process with high accuracy.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and organizational abilities.
