Job Description

We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our community for the 2025-2026 school year, starting in August 2025. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and documenting banking, collection of cash, purchasing, payables, and fixed assets for the school. This includes gathering, interpreting, adjusting, and disseminating short-term and long-term budget information.

The Operations Manager will also oversee ordering, receiving, and distributing supplies, maintain vendor relationships, act as a liaison between school staff and the community office, assist with employment processing including onboarding, oversee inventory of curriculum materials, and coordinate submission of requests and collection of information/payments from internal and external groups.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and document financial transactions, including banking, cash collection, purchasing, payables, and fixed assets.
  • Gather, interpret, adjust, and disseminate short-term and long-term budget information.
  • Oversee supply chain management, including ordering, receiving, and distributing supplies.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Act as a liaison between school staff and the community office.
  • Assist with employment processing, including onboarding.
  • Oversee inventory of curriculum materials.
  • Coordinate submission of requests and collection of information/payments from internal and external groups.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a grade school setting.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Commitment to providing every child with a world-class education.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Excel.

Salary

$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
