Mechanical Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Technician to join our team. As a Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for performing mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance on plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
The Estimated Salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to the competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
- 13 paid holidays per year
- Increasing hourly wage during the first 12 months of contract
- 2nd Shift Differential $0.75/hr, 3rd Shift Differential $1.00/hr
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working order
- Troubleshooting problems and recommending and performing mechanical repairs to minimize downtime
- Working collaboratively with the Operations Team to share knowledge and contribute to a Continuous Improvement environment
Requirements include:
- At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing as a Maintenance Mechanic
- Ability to work any shift, weekends, and holidays as required
- Ability to work well in a team-based environment with limited supervision
