Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of the account and align with Compass Group USA's culinary standards
  • Manage inventory and purchasing to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Collaborate with the marketing and culinary team to roll out new culinary programs
  • Monitor and control costs to meet budgetary requirements
Requirements
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of culinary management experience, preferably in high-volume production and catering
  • Proven track record of managing cost controls and inventory
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
