An opportunity exists for an Interventional Pain Management Physician in a well-established practice. This role involves collaboration with a team of experienced professionals, including neurosurgeons and pain management specialists.
Work Schedule:
The position offers a Monday to Friday schedule, with a focus on outpatient care (70%) and inpatient/or surgical responsibilities (30%).
Essential Skills Required:
- Epidural blocks
- SI joint injections
- Hip injections
- Medial branch blocks
- Radiofrequency ablations
- Intrathecal pump insertions
- Spinal cord stimulator trials and placements
Practice Details:
This is a single specialty group practice with an annual salary structure. A signing bonus and relocation assistance are available. Continuing Medical Education (CME) opportunities are also provided, along with the use of Cerner for electronic medical records.
Patient Care:
The average daily patient volume is between 20-30 patients in the clinic and 15-20 procedures in the operating room. The standard working hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with flexibility in start times.
Typical Weekly Schedule:
The physician will typically spend 2-3 days in the clinic and 2 days in the operating room.
Compensation Structure:
The compensation range for this position is between $390,000 and $635,000, determined by various factors including qualifications, experience, and individual productivity.
