Nurse Practitioner II

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse II to join our Pain Management team at Sutter Health. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, education, and support to patients and their families.
Responsibilities:- Assess, coordinate, and deliver high-quality nursing care to patients with acute and chronic pain conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide patient education on pain management techniques, medication management, and lifestyle modifications.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current RN licensure in the state where care is provided.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- 2 years of recent relevant experience in pain management or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in pain management and patient education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A competitive salary range of $68.66 to $89.93 per hour.
