Training Delivery Expert

Job Summary:

Concept Plus is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Trainer to support a large-scale training delivery effort. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with experience in delivering technical training to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality technical training courses to end-users, including civilians, military personnel, and contractors.
  • Collaborate with Government-provided Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure training meets learning objectives and supports operational and technical insight.
  • Participate in Government-directed immersion activities to increase trainer readiness and enhance training delivery.
  • Deliver training in a lecture-style facility or computer-equipped classroom facility, depending on the role of the end-user.
  • Utilize training materials provided by the Government, including slideshow presentations, Computer-Based Training (CBTs), hands-on scenarios, student guides, and job aids.
  • Ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to the needs of the end-users.
  • Work closely with the Government to develop and implement an effective training schedule.
  • Provide excellent communication and public speaking skills to engage and inform the training audience.

Requirements:

  • US Citizen with a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development, with a strong background in technical training.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
  • Good time management skills to plan and organize training delivery.
  • Fluently read, write, understand, and speak the English language.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience, preferably with Oracle.
