Job Summary:
Concept Plus, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Trainer to support a large-scale training delivery effort. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical training and experience in delivering training to diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver high-quality technical training courses to end-users, including civilians, military personnel, and contractors.
- Collaborate with Government-provided Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure training meets learning objectives and supports operational and technical insight.
- Participate in Government-directed immersion activities to increase trainer readiness and ensure alignment with training objectives.
- Deliver training in a lecture-style facility or a computer-equipped classroom facility, depending on the role of the end-user.
- Utilize Government-provided training materials, including slideshow presentations, Computer-Based Training (CBTs), hands-on scenarios, student guides, and job aids.
- Ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to the needs of the end-users.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Government-provided SMEs to ensure effective collaboration and support.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- US Citizen with a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical training, with a strong background in instructional design and delivery.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Fluently read, write, understand, and speak the English language.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, particularly Oracle.
