Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality technical training courses to end-users, including civilians, military personnel, and contractors.
  • Collaborate with Government-provided Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure training meets learning objectives and supports operational and technical insight.
  • Participate in Government-directed immersion activities to increase trainer readiness and ensure alignment with training objectives.
  • Deliver training in a lecture-style facility or a computer-equipped classroom facility, depending on the role of the end-user.
  • Utilize Government-provided training materials, including slideshow presentations, Computer-Based Training (CBTs), hands-on scenarios, student guides, and job aids.
  • Ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to the needs of the end-users.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Government-provided SMEs to ensure effective collaboration and support.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • US Citizen with a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical training, with a strong background in instructional design and delivery.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Fluently read, write, understand, and speak the English language.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, particularly Oracle.
