Job Title: Marketing Manager

Grow Ohio, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, sales growth, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the design team to create high-quality marketing materials and brand assets.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company goals.
  • Manage and maintain brand standards, including brand guidelines, style guides, and asset libraries.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand presence and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts are innovative and effective.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing principles, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
