Key Responsibilities

  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of qualified childcare staff, ensuring that all necessary background and fingerprint checks are conducted.
  • Facility Management: Maintain a safe and well-stocked facility, including regular checks on safety equipment and removal of hazards.
  • Budget Management: Create and manage a budget for the facility, ensuring that all financial resources are utilized effectively.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement a marketing plan to promote awareness of our facility and its services.
  • Communication: Meet with parents and teachers to keep them informed of their child's progress and address any learning or behavioral issues.
