Job Description

Buckle LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail store operations, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Generation and Guest Service:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
    • Provide legendary customer service to guests, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
    • Recommend and promote products to guests, utilizing product knowledge and sales education.
    • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies, and security practices.
  • Team Recruiting, Training, and Development:
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates.
    • Coach and mentor team members to improve sales skills and customer service.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team knowledge and skills.
  • Visual Merchandise Management:
    • Oversee visual merchandising and display standards to create an engaging shopping environment.
    • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
    • Ensure visual standards are maintained throughout the store, including the sales floor and backroom.
  • Operations:
    • Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and loss prevention.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
    • Develop and implement processes to improve store efficiency and productivity.
  • Supervisory and Leadership:
    • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance and achieve sales goals.
    • Develop and implement leadership development programs to enhance team leadership skills.
    • Collaborate with store management to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 months of related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Physical ability to lift and maneuver 30lbs throughout the store and backroom.
Work Environment:

The work environment is a retail store setting with moderate noise levels.
