Job Description: As a Medical Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional medical care to patients in a clinic setting. Your duties will include conducting patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that address patients' unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.


Requirements:
  • Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
  • Current certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or eligible for certification.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Minnesota.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a primary care setting, preferably with stroke experience.
  • BLS Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.


Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
