We are seeking a skilled Line and Prep Cook to join our culinary team at Myriad Hotel. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook soups, salads, and sauces as instructed by the head chef.
  • Plate and garnish meal items following the instructions provided by the head chef.
  • Cook menu items following instruction provided by the head chef.
  • Attend pre-shift meeting to review/communicate information regarding service, VIPs, and Specials.
  • Ensure that all cooking stations are adequately stocked with the necessary meal ingredients and cooking equipment.
  • Ensure that all cooking stations and kitchen surfaces are cleaned and disinfected before and after each shift.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in related food service positions required.
  • Wood-fired grill experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
