Galley Staff

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at West Sixth Brewing Company. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen meets our quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food to order, following recipes and presentation specifications.
• Ensure that the kitchen, food prep areas, and food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning standards.
• Monitor product freshness and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen equipment and assist in the execution of on-site catering events.
• Perform recipe development and adhere to all sanitation and food production codes.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of restaurant or food experience.
• Valid Driver's License, good driving record, and a reliable automobile.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
